Test Automation Selection Strategy

Software testing tools aren’t a one-size-fits-all proposition. There are no established standards for them. They require some measure of fitness or at least alignment to the application being tested, the skill set of the user(s), the frequency of development and release, and so many other factors. This is a case where the team can’t just pick a large, established vendor to go with and expect it all to work.
